For Individuals

It can be helpful to talk about your experience with me one-on-one. Your experience is uniquely yours and it often feels safe to keep your personal issues just between the two of us. 

I have experience working with individuals who wish to:

  • Decrease depression
  • Overcome anxiety
  • Manage chronic pain
  • Have greater success at work
  • Move through a grieving process
  • Adjust to chronic illness or disability
  • Improve social skills
  • Acknowledge and prevent compassion fatigue

My goal is to help you in 12 sessions or less. The majority of my clients begin to see progress in 4 sessions.

Typically, sessions last anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes long. We generally start out with visits once per week and then as you see the results you want, we can spread them out over longer periods of time.

I see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,  Thursdays, and Saturdays.  Appointment times are in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
